The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap Nayru reappears alongside Din and Farore at the Happy Hearth Inn and is looking for a place to call home in Hyrule Castle Town. In The Minish Cap, he is found in Hyrule Town where if Link fuses kinstones with him, the carpenters will construct houses for either Nayru, Din or Farore to live in. When not working, they are located in the sawmill in the town.
